Q- How can I book?

Q- Do you do pick-up & drop off?

A- Yes! Our team does do pick-up and drop-off upon request depending on how close you are to our facility. Please call, text, or email to discuss.
Q- How to complete payment?

A- Payment can be made prior or after service with cash, card, or digital payment processing.
Q- Why are the prices based off of size?

A- The size and breed of your pet can affect the time, staff, and materials needed to complete your service.
Q- Why can't I see the address?

A- Due to some facility constraints we are a 1:1 option with no walk-ins. Location is shared after confirmation, and no appointment is finalized until speaking with a representative/staff member.
Q- Can I cancel my appointment?

A- Yes! Just give us a call or email. Please give us as much notice as possible.
Q- What times can I book?

A- We are generally 9-5, M-F, but can work around your schedule if needed, including on weekends. We are flexible! Because we are 1:1 we can make any time work for you. Just make sure to get in touch and confirm your appointment beforehand.
